| Jeffrey started his real estate career in 1992 and has remained a top-producing agent with RE/MAX for over 15 years. He has helped over 5,000 families buying and selling real estate, as well as, being involved in construction management of the buying and selling residential developments as well as commercial properties.
Jeffrey has earned the highest award that a RE/MAX agent can earn the "Circle of Legends" award and less than 1/2 percent of all RE/MAX agents will ever achieve this award.
Jeffrey's expertise begins with a Bachelors Degree in Marketing and a Masters Degree in Business. He is always on the cutting edge of technology and new marketing techniques; but his philosophy remains unchanged, “the only time success comes before work is in the dictionary”.
His dedication to his family, friends and clients is very important. Jeff believes in giving of his time and resources. He volunteers as a coach and mentor at a local high school football team and personally sponsors two academic scholarships for deserving high school students. He is also actively involved in his church community.

| Tony Thurman, born in Omaha, NE, relocated with his family to Broomfield, CO in 1971. He has not only remained a resident of one of Broomfield's neighboring cities, but still lives within ten minutes of his two siblings and mother.
Tony has dedicated his professional endeavors to sales. His career began in the oil business where his responsibilities included buying and trading crude oil in Texas and Oklahoma. After two years of extensive travel he came home to roost in Thornton where he was the General Manager for a chain of specialty retail stores for seven years. He is the recipient of corporate and individual national awards for high volume sales. He comes to RE/MAX and the Harmes Team with a tremendous respect for customer service and client satisfaction.
As a Broker, for RE/MAX and the Harmes Team, Tony specializes in working directly with prospective homebuyers, and enjoys the one-on-one contact this position affords. He is motivated by the knowledge that he makes a difference in shaping the community through each individual and family he works with.
